I was a bit bummed out, but a loaner car would be provided, if needed. As luck would have it - my vehicle had to stay, and I received a midsized loaner car within 20 minutes. The service staff was very quick and efficient with getting me in and out fast. More

CHRIS CALLED INSURANCE TO ENSURE MY EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERED THE COST OF REP I WAS GIVEN RIDE HOME AS VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE KEPT FOR HOURS FOR REPAIR.
