Logistical Issues on Nov. 10, 2018? I drop my vehicle off on Saturday, Nov. 10th at 7:10 for an 8:30 appointment. I followed up at 11:00 to get a status. It was almost 12:30 before it could be located and returned to me. There must have been some Logistical Issues in the Service Dept. More
