The entire staff was very friendly and proficient. I was on a tight time schedule and they managed to get me the monthly payments I needed within the time I had available. I've dealt with a few dealerships in Orange Park and Mike Shad Nissan pretty much "HANDS DOWN" had the best overall Customer Service & pricing. This is the 2nd time I've purchased from Mike Shad and both time were equally impressive. Of course, you still have to go through the 2 hour ordeal but at least they make you feel comfortable. Alan Guthrie(Sales), Mike Pintangello (sp?) (Sales), Jamie Morgan (Used Car MGR), Ike Ettinger (Finance), Chris/David (Service) really made major efforts to handle the process both with sincerity and professionalism...to top things off they gave me a great buy on my '04 NISSAN ARMADA.
