Sales associate LIANNA LUALLIN was so nice and caring and not to mention knowledgeable(very) about the vehicle's and programs that were being offered. Horrible experience with service. We have purchased two Nissan Rogues in the last three years. The first was at Nissan of Omaha. The ordering experience was average but took forever We have purchased two Nissan Rogues in the last three years. The first was at Nissan of Omaha. The ordering experience was average but took forever as they shuffle you from one room to the next and push really hard on all of the upsells. And they'll ask you again and again about completing the survey. That's not what made them lose our business. They lost our business because of their service department. Each and every experience was horrible. We picked Sid Dillion in Lincoln for our second Rogue. The purchasing experience was much more pleasant and we were in and out in just over two hours and that included trading in two cars. Unfortunately my new Rogue is leaking water through the hatch, a I mean a lot of water through the hatch! I called Nissan of Omaha to take care of it. They weren't helpful at all and told me that I needed to bring it in to have it looked at and if I needed a loaner car there wouldn't be one available for 3 weeks! (I hope it doesn't rain or snow during that time!). I called Sid Dillion to see if they would advocate for me with the Omaha Dealership. They said, we don't have to do that. We'll come pick up your car and leave you with a loaner and when the car is ready, we'll deliver it to you. I was overwhelmed! What amazing, unexpected, above-and-beyond service! I'm glad they carry lot of brands as I'm forever loyal to Sid Dillon!! A little about my poor service experiences with my first Rogue that caused me to not buy with them ever again: - First service, they cracked my windshield. - Took car into get XM radio serviced - they kept telling my son that it would be ready in a little bit. Six hours later...he was still waiting. - Took car back in for XM radio (didn't fix first time) and to service air conditioner. Said both were fixed, neither were. - Took car back in for XM radio and air conditioner. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find my car! Beware!!! More

Financed at dealership with the plan to refinance at my local bank but Dusty in finance said had to keep loan for 6 months before you could refinance and this seemed weird to me so I called bank and they said I could pay off any time and the dealer told me that because they don't get there fee if I refinance within first 6 months. DVD player not working and alignment was off so they said bring it in on this date and they would take care of and asked them to tint windows also. Got a call later that day and they said it was ready to be picked up but only the windows were done and said they didn't know about it because "I" didn't tell the right person when I dropped it off. I drove in the service lane and talked to the service rep. That is all I know to do I guess customers are supposed to know there procedure at Nissan Of Omaha More

They have very high turnover wi This dealership is unprofessional and will say anything to get your initial business. They are high pressure and rude. They have very high turnover with sales and service writers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer at ALL COST. I leased a car from them. It took almost 2 months to complete the paperwork and I was late registering my car waiting for the paperwork. They put my sales tax in wrong and i had to fight for another 2 months to resolve that. The car was missing the fuel cap and they gave me a used one. When I questioned it i was insulted by the General Manager Rodney who told me if i didnt like it he would take the car back and cancel the lease. I left it alone and went through my lease. Near the end of the lease I wanted to buy out my lease and sell my vehicle to allow me to get something that was more comfortable for my knees. I was quoted a time to come get the paperwork completed and when I arrived with my family to complete the process i was told it would take more than an hour to wait until someone was free because the only had 2 finance people available. Then when I returned i was confronted again by the GM Rodney and treated with little respect. After a 2 month wait i was able to get the title of the car and sell it to another person. It has been 6 months since this final transaction and I am still getting hassled by the dealership to trade in my car or have it serviced when they required "assist" in the sale to my private party buyer. They know i dont have the vehicle any longer but continue to call email and send mail. Do not deal with this company. More

I just purchased an amazing car 5 star car and it was sold by an awesome dealer named Curtis. I haven't felt this great about purchasing a car EVER! I'm sure all of the salesman and/or saleswoman are all great, but I can only speak for my very own car buying experience. Curtis is awesome and will not give up until the customer is satisfied. I will gladly shop their again in the future, and I will also spread the word to friends and colleagues at work. More

I'm supposed to have free oil changes for as long as I own the car, but I love my Altima, but the service at Nissan of Omaha is just simply terrible. Amazing experience thanks to John at Nissan of Omaha In the last few months, my 2008 Nissan Versa's driver's side door handle fell off, my muffler/exhaust was falling apart, and my front right axle had l In the last few months, my 2008 Nissan Versa's driver's side door handle fell off, my muffler/exhaust was falling apart, and my front right axle had leaking transmission fluid (I'm probably saying this all wrong because I know nothing about cars). But anyway, it had a lot of work needed on it and my husband and I were stressed about who we could take it to that would be honest and trustworthy. We took my car into a local shop in Omaha, thinking family-owned meant "best deal". Wrong. When our quote was through the roof for all the damages, we thought we needed to take it into a Nissan dealership where there would be people who really know my make and model. I am SO happy we did! We got hooked up with John and right away he was on top of everything. His excellent communication skills were evident in his daily (if not twice daily) calls to tell us the progress on my vehicle and the status of it. When parts were not coming in on time, his authentic sympathies were appreciated, as my husband and I have very different schedules and were left with only one working car for a whole week. John hooked us up with a rental car FREE OF CHARGE to account for our lack of a vehicle. AND TO TOP IT OFF, John's quote on all of our work cut the original quote from the local auto shop in half and then some! He was so friendly and so helpful! Great service and we will definitely be back! More
