In my twelve years of being a nissan owner, Nissan of norwich has by far THE BEST service department I have ever visited. Though I live in the Hartford area, i rather to use this dealership than any of t norwich has by far THE BEST service department I have ever visited. Though I live in the Hartford area, i rather to use this dealership than any of the other local dealership that I pass on a daily basis. I dont know if its just a small town thing but, this dealership is miles ahead of all the other nissan dealerships in the area. Their customer service is top notch! I have spoken with everybody in the service department down to the guy work come in the evening to clean up and everybody here have a good attitude everytime. I was charged 179.82 for 1.8 hours of labor. My Maxima was in the shop for a maximum of 50 minutes. This was for an intermediate maintenance service (15,000 mile). If it takes 1.8 hours (fix rate) to was in the shop for a maximum of 50 minutes. This was for an intermediate maintenance service (15,000 mile). If it takes 1.8 hours (fix rate) to perform the maintanence, why was it completed in less than 50 minutes. Either I was charged too much or the service was incomplete. You can't have it both ways. When I complained, I was told that an additional person was assigned to my service to balance the tires. I'm sure that you spin it any which way you want with enough practice. I was told that I could have $40 shop credit. Why? Was I charged too much in the first place? Basically, I've lost confidence/trust in the service department. I'm not sure if I'll bring my Maxima back for any additional service. I've bought a number of cars from Antonino dealerships over the years - Datsun, Maximas(3) and Acuras(2) - but going forward .... Honestly, I have owed other vehicles all my life. I love this dealership. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The prices for services are reasonable. And I love my Murano. I have always been treated great in the service department. I only put "OK" for the price because I was not happy to have to pay $550 to get mice out of my car...something you used to be able to d department.
