First, I'd like to say Josue was extremely professional, friendly and cordial to me. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I will recommend him to my friends and family. Second, David, the financial person, was just as professional and friendly. He put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Much appreciated. Third, I am very happy with the vehicle. I wasn't looking to buy a used car, but changed my mind after being told about the warranty being offered and the low mileage on the vehicle. It has everything I wanted in a vehicle. Fourth, I was disappointed to find out you don't fill the tank on used cars. I paid a considerable amount of money for the car and feel you should have filled the tank. That alone is a small gesture of gratitude to your customers for purchasing a vehicle from you. It says you appreciate our business and you want to get us started on our journey together with a full tank of gas. Fifth, and the most disturbing point. I am upset I only received one key fob for the vehicle. If I had purchased a "new" vehicle, I would have received two. The owners manual references two fobs come with the vehicle. I am being told I have to "purchase" a second one for my spouse to use. I will not be given another. Again, based on the amount of money I'm paying for the vehicle, and the fact it was sold to me as a "Certified Used Vehicle" supposedly in near NEW condition, I feel two fobs should have been offered. This is another small gesture of gratitude on your part to make a customer happy with his decision to purchase from you. I won't push the issue, cause I should have demanded it at the time of signing. But since you asked for my opinion, I will take the opportunity to give it. I would have used the dealership before my email contact with Alice (Customer Service), but in light of my disappointments in her response back to me, I don't feel confident I will be treated fairly and given all I am deserved of. Alice received my email about my concerns, then sent me a message back, pretty much saying they appreciate my business, but have no intention of doing anything about the issues I raised. I will more than likely NOT ever use this dealership again. There are other Nissan dealerships in the area. More

My boyfriend and I had purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima a year and a half ago from Nissan of Norwich and received a call that having a lower monthly payment on a newer vehicle may be a possibility. When we arrived, Mario greeted us and took us into his office right away. He was very sincere, friendly and genuine and made both of us feel very comfortable. After much hard work and number crunching, Mario was able to get us into a 2012 Nissan Versa hatchback. This vehicle was PERFECT!! It is so roomy, has great gas mileage, a 3year 60,000 mile warranty, and the monthly payment are going to be less! Because I have two jobs, and the banks were closed by the time we finalized the purchase, Mario drove 40 minutes to my place of employment to have the paperwork signed the following day. I couldn't be happier. We have had great experiences at Nissan of Norwich and when my 2003 Honda Civic no longer runs; we will definitely be back to purchase a truck. Mario went above and beyond and we really appreciated all of his efforts. More

I would highly recommend Nissan Norwich. The service department is very efficient and friendly. I brought my 2007 Maxima to the service department 4 times this year for a headlight repair, brakes/rotors department is very efficient and friendly.
