I was a visit time customer at Nissan of Norwich were I purchased my first used 2011 Nissan Maxima. Entering the dealership I was helped fairly quicky by Ron the salesman who was very friendly but not know purchased my first used 2011 Nissan Maxima. It was clear everything needed to be ran through Sammie who was very busy and had me waiting a long time to get answers to any questions. After leaving and returning serveral times and going back and forth on a fair price I was there to pick up my maxima. As i began paperwork the price myself and Sammie agreed apoun for my trade'in was changed, he decided to give me less without my knowing, which was very frustrating and upseting since this was my 5 time back and i am a 1st time customer. After dicussing this he decided he would adjust to price alittle but still not down to what we aggreed to, but I just wanted my veh so i signed and was on my way. Visiting this dealership my experience was a headache, alot of run around and Sammie def trys to get over on people on price. I will not return to this dealership, nor will I recommend it. More
The employees I worked with at this dealership were very friendly and welcoming, and certainly persistent. They definitely remembered me, called me, emailed me. The only negatives were that, as I mentioned, they tended to be a little too persistent, and that in the end I felt that the terms of my financing were more than what we had previously discussed. I had said that I was looking for 60 months, and then at the moment of signing the papers, all of a sudden it was now 72 months. What was I to do at that time? Of course I had already made the arrangements to take this car home. My salesperson called me 24 hrs after I bought the car, to see how I liked it. He hasn't called again since, despite the fact that he said he would. Maybe he is afraid I will complain about the things I don't like about the car? More

On this visit we bought a 2012 Frontier and a 2013 Altima. I have been doing business with Sam for 6 years- bought a sentra and an altima, leased an altima previously. Mario and Sam always take care to answer all of my questions while making the decision. They gave us a great deal each time. When we checked around at other area Nissan delaerships their prices couldn't be beat. We always ask for Mario; he is personable, professional and very knowledgable of the vehicles we ask about. Even when we come in for service he inevitably walks through the service waiting area and says"hi" and asks if we are being well taken care of. The service department is also excellent. We get all of our oil changes and service done there because we are treated as valued customers. We love Nissan of Norwich because of the quality customer service and great pricing. More
I have 8,000 miles on my new car. Only stated that I wanted an oil change. Didn"t realize I got a minor service charge as well. So $100 to check fluids and what not on a brand new car, are you kidding m wanted an oil change. Didn"t realize I got a minor service charge as well. But there is a sign pricing oil change $29.99. I did not need the extra stuff. More

Making sure I walked away with the best trade in value on my two cars and a brand new Nissan at the best price. His service and knowledge was impecable! The whole team was incredible and helpful! My husband and I have been searching for a reasonably priced, safe, good on gas vehicle for a few months. we have had a few bad experiences in the process with other dealerships to say the least. We didnt feel they listened to what our needs were & were quite pushy in the process. To our surprise right from the start from our search on Nissan of Norwichs site to our first contact by phone Josue was very easy going, friendly, and was willing to listen and work with us. When we arrived @ the dealership Josue greeted us and had all the ins & outs ready for us. Josue took the time and went through all the details from the application process to the car itself. Thank you Josue! We love my Altima! I was also very please to see that Josue earned employee of the month awards not once but three times! Impressive! I hope this review earns Josue his forth & possibly employee of the year because he truely deserves it! Our experience there went so smoothly, stress free, & without feeling pushed into anything we didnt want which was awsome! Which on that note Id like to take a minute to also thank and give credit to David McLaughlin for crunching the numbers and working so well with us on the financial end! And lastly of course a great thanks goes out to SAMMI!!!!! Sammi took the time out for us, worked with us also, and ended our day with the car we wanted at the price we wanted and all on our terms!
