They were the most unprofessional dealership i have ever dealt with. I Went into this dealership on a Friday night after seeing the price on the car at 10,995 online. Before test driving the car i had to listen to the office MANAGER yell across the showroom complaining that I wanted to test drive the car that she wanted to use for the night like i was inconveniencing her because i was shopping for a car. After test driving the car i decided to go back with my significant other on Saturday to finish the transaction. They then tried to raise the price $1000 over night. The next day they acted like they did me a favor to drop it back down after i fought with them. But then tried to go back on their word of paying 60% of the warranty cost. Not only was the car dirty when i left but they couldn't even put the license plate on correctly. They only put one screw in it so that the other side of the license plate was dangling and scratched the paint all up. Sammy is a crook and i wouldn't recommend him to anyone! STAY AWAY!!! More

I special order a 2011 Nissan Juke in November 2010. It took until March 2011 for the vehicle to arrive in the states. During this period, I received no phone calls from the dealer providing me with any up took until March 2011 for the vehicle to arrive in the states. During this period, I received no phone calls from the dealer providing me with any updates. When the car arrived in states, a dealership somewhere in the US, which the Norwich dealership could not locate, had to install a interior light option that I ordered with the car. Finally, over a week later, the car was delivered to the Norwich dealer. First I notice the vehicle had one option (rear spoiler) that I did not order and had to pay for. I let this slide. Second, the light option I ordered was the wrong one. The interior "side board" kit was installed instead. The manager offered me to install the correct option at their price. I first agreed to this. But later thinking, why should pay more money for their errors. I called the manager to question why this vehicle which took a unusual a mount of time to order with options that I did not request, were installed. I could not get a straight answer, he just kept asking me if I like the car, avoiding my questions. Overall, I was treated good at the dealership and they apologize for any inconveniences, but I want some compensation for the options that were not ordered Possibly I will do business again with this dealership, but with caution. I've given this rating, frankly because I was very impressed with the salesman I worked with. I am a very difficult yet savvy business woman, and I am heavily guarded with the notion that most salesma impressed with the salesman I worked with. I am a very difficult yet savvy business woman, and I am heavily guarded with the notion that most salesman are out to screw you. Mr. Gibson was wonderfully polite, and informative. He answered my questions quickly, and most important accurately. He did not have me sit at a desk and waste my time, he simply payed attention to what I wanted and accomodated my wants and needs fully. The fact that he knew his product unlike other dealerships I had spent 2 weeks dealing with prior, was reassuring and a breath of fresh air for me. After, I settled on my 2011 Nissan Altima SL, Mr. Gibcon found it within 48 hours for me. He prepared all the paperwork and I purchased my new vehicle within 15 minutes. I love great service and a smooth transaction. If you are in the market for a new car make sure you stop at Nissan of Norwich and see Will Gibson. More
Nissan of Norwich was the first dealership I went to in order to find a new/gently used Altima or Maxima. Before going there, I went Online so that I coulk walk in prepared. I found a Maxima I liked, wrote down the price online, and went to the dealership. We went for the test drive, and I liked it overall. While I still wanted to shop around more, we went over pricing. At first, the salesman gave me a price that was exactly $5,000.00 more than the price online. I showed him the car on the internet using his phone, and he went to speak to his manager. First, he came back and said that this is the price I get for being an "internet savvy" customer. I told him I wasn't comfortable with such a huge price discrepancy, and he left agagin. He came back--with one of the sales managers--and said it was a huge mistake, but they would honor the price since it was their "mistake." They said they couldn't imagine how such a bad mistake wiht the price could have been made, and they are going to change it right away. Things started to become very misleading and elusive. However, I liked the car still, but wanted to go to one more dealership to make a decision. I put $100 deposit on the car and left. I went to Gates GMC in North Windham, and found a car I absolutely loved and bought it. I called Nissan of Norwich right away to have the deposit refunded to my credit card. All in all, I spent four days of my vacation time trying to get my money back from Nissan of Norwich. I ended up having to drive back there, because on the phone they only would bombard me with questions about why I didn't choose them, and why I must have gotten a bad deal at Gates. The entire staff was incredibly rude to myself and to my boyfriend, who was trying to help me get my money back as well. I finally got the money back once I showed up to the dealership. Today, five days after the "internet mistake" pricing that the manager was miffed by, the price for the car remains the same on their website--no one "fixed it." Just goes to show that this was a terribly misleading and sneaky marketing ploy to get people into their doors. To the contrary, I would highly suggest Gates GMC--I had a perfect and rewarding buying experience there. More

Have found everyone helpful and fair. When we purchased our Infiniti in Hartford, we were told we could service it at a Nissan dealership. Glad we found Nissan of Norwich. Price for an oil change almost half of what it is at the Infiniti dealer!! When I questioned the Infiniti dealer about the difference, they said their guys had special training...What is that about??? The service at Nissan of Norwich has been wonderful and when I had a problem that was still under warranty, they let me know I should contact the Infiniti dealer. I would rather deal with the friendly people here than the "uppity" people at Infiniti!! More

Had a pleasent experience buying my new 20ll Nissian Rogue. The Sales person (Will Gibson) and General Manager (Sammy) made it a pleasent experience which I usually dread.
