Brought my 2001 Altima in for an oil change which went very well. Was told by the service manager I needed to replace my valve cover gaskets due to leaks. I scheduled my the work for the next day and dropped off the vehicle that afternoon. I was also asked what time I would like the car back. I said 1 pm the next day. The following day I got a call at 10:15 am to inform me the car work was completed and at the price quote given. I was also informed that a hose needed replacement and that was done also. My lease was coming due and I was interested in several other non Nissan cars. We went into the dealer to see what would happen at the end of the lease and to check out an Altima Coupe I had seen in a park other non Nissan cars. After talking with Len and taking a test drive we were given a price. We loved the car and the ease of another lease. Add to that a good price and we were more then happy to renew another Nissan lease. Everyone was very nice and helpful. This is our 5th car from this dealship and we look forward to more in the future. More
I was on my way to work when the light for my hybrid came on indicating to take to dealer immediately. Just happened to be on 395. Got off and drove my car right to the service area and drove in. I told the associate the situation and I was in a hurry. Within 45 minutes they were able to tell me the problem and I was able to have someone come and pick me up to return to work. I picked up my car the next day and I am sorry I can not remember the names of the 2 gentlemen working with me but one I believe was a short white man and the other was a tall darker man. Both of them helped me and took care of my car and also fixed my back tail light as well as the battery in my car key. I was very well taken care of. Thank you! Julie Warzecha More
I called ahead about a used Nissan Rogue and came in on a Sat. I was told the detailing dept. wasn't there but salesperson Jim offered to clean the car himself. The car was dirty. Despite Jim claiming to be a detailer there was dirt, spills, and garbage left in the car. There is a car wash just around the corner from this dealership but even the exterior of the SUV was dirty. Their finance person called out sick so the paperwork process took hours (I was there for 4.5 hours). The dealership was dead that day so the staff was in no rush to move the process along. The dealership is bare bones, cheap furniture, and no ammenities. They didn't even have a calculator when I asked for one (possible scam tactic). Sammy the GM offered to come down $200 on the price, but ultimately took off $500. However they made up the difference in the paperwork and I didn't catch it until later. They charged a $350 conveyance fee (or doc fee, shouldn't be more then $50 to simply process some documents), and a $150 fee to etch the VIN # into the glass. However they very reluctantly gave me the carfax after I asked several times and saw it had been etched weeks earlier. So Sammy made up the difference in the end. Also, beware of the staff interrupting the paperwork process. There were a lot of distractions by Sammy and staff at the paperwork part of the sale and exhausted I didn't catch things till hours later. More

After I CHOSE NOT TO PURCHASE THAT VEHICLE THE SLASHER GUY GOT UPSET AND TOLD THE SALES GUY I WAS WAISTING THEIR TIME NOT TO SHOW ME ANYTHING ELSE SO I LEFT TAKING MY FINANCED LOAN ELSEWHERE THEIR LOST. The salesman that waited on me was Len Maynard, I couldn't ask for a nicer salesman/person to wait on me. He made my car buying experience very comfortable. Len was also very accomadating,I had to return to the dealship a few times for service and Len would let me use his car while my car was in for service,when my car was ready he would meet me where I live in R.I so I wouldn't have to drive back to Conn.that is is called great customer service. As far as the service dept. I was dealing with Ryan Hicks who was very nice and helpful, I had a suspension noise in the drivers front end that the service dept. was trying to repair, it took them a couple times of changing parts that they thought may resolve the problem, they did find the noise and repaired the vechile under warranty at n/c to me. The service technician Matt was awesome he was the technician doing the repairs on the car, he also was very nice and helpful, he test drove the car with me to hear the noise so he could repair the problem. I also dealt with Gary Clark who was the service manager he was also very nice and helpful on resovlving the problem. Customer service is a key part to any business, if you can't satisfy the customer they simply go elsewhere. More

I live an hour away from Norwich and had been calling around the region trying to locate the vehicle I wanted (which was in short supply due to the tsunami in Japan).
