We had originally looked at another dealership closer to our home but, after doing some price checking, we found that Nissan of Norwich offered the best deal. We were treated very well and Mario was very ac our home but, after doing some price checking, we found that Nissan of Norwich offered the best deal. Everyone was very friendly The place was very clean. I was treated with respect . They keep the payment where I ask them to. They were suppose to closed at 4.00 because of the Thanskgiving Holiday but ev was treated with respect . They keep the payment where I ask them to. We were not hasseled, the staff was very helpful with all questions. i felt very comfortable at this dealership, able to relax and joke around. William is very easy to work with, he doesn't tell you what you "want" to hear he is honest and to the point, A BIG selling point in my eyes! I will and have referred this dealership and saleman Will to others. My mom actually purchased a car within 4 days from Will. Also very ptofrssional and great to work with was Sam and Sean!! All very nice people I can't see myself going anywhere else for a car!!!!! More

I was greeted as soon as I pulled in the lot. Josue showed me all the cars that I was interested in. He answered all my questions without any hesitation and was very knowledgeable. My overall experience was very good with the only exception being I was not very pleased with the amount accorded for my trade-in vehicle. I was offered the same amount that you advertise for clunkers. I should have been given the Blue Book value. That's a lesson that I have to learn as I am one who likes to trust people that I deal with. With that being said I would recommend your dealership to friends looking for a new car. And I would tell them to make sure they know the value of their trade-in vehicle. More
I was charged 179.82 for 1.8 hours of labor. My Maxima was in the shop for a maximum of 50 minutes. This was for an intermediate maintenance service (15,000 mile). If it takes 1.8 hours (fix rate) to was in the shop for a maximum of 50 minutes. This was for an intermediate maintenance service (15,000 mile). If it takes 1.8 hours (fix rate) to perform the maintanence, why was it completed in less than 50 minutes. Either I was charged too much or the service was incomplete. You can't have it both ways. When I complained, I was told that an additional person was assigned to my service to balance the tires. I'm sure that you spin it any which way you want with enough practice. I was told that I could have $40 shop credit. Why? Was I charged too much in the first place? Basically, I've lost confidence/trust in the service department. I'm not sure if I'll bring my Maxima back for any additional service. I've bought a number of cars from Antonino dealerships over the years - Datsun, Maximas(3) and Acuras(2) - but going forward .... Honestly, I have owed other vehicles all my life. I love this dealership. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The prices for services are reasonable. And I love my Murano. My old car had well over 200,000 miles and I needed a car fast. The GM, Sami Syed and his sales staff at Nissan of Norwich were more than helpful getting in into a car that would fit into my Budget.
