I was very happy with the service provided. In my twelve years of being a nissan owner, Nissan of norwich has by far THE BEST service department I have ever visited. Though I live in the Hartford area, i rather to use this dealership than any of t norwich has by far THE BEST service department I have ever visited. I dont know if its just a small town thing but, this dealership is miles ahead of all the other nissan dealerships in the area. Their customer service is top notch! I have spoken with everybody in the service department down to the guy work come in the evening to clean up and everybody here have a good attitude everytime.
