I started looking at various new vehicles around the middle of July and I ended up visiting four different dealerships and calling almost a dozen others trying to find a very specific vehicle with an ex middle of July and I ended up visiting four different dealerships and calling almost a dozen others trying to find a very specific vehicle with an exact list of packages and options I wanted, and without certain options I absolutely did not want. Jim Harte Nissan in Mount Kisco was totally honest and transparent from the start, which I can't say about some or most of the other places I dealt with over the course of nearly three weeks. On July 25, I brought in a listing from Nissan's official manufacturer website (nissanusa.com) showing the exact model, options, colors, packages, and accessories I wanted. The negotiation was quick and painless. In fact, it was over before it started. I wrote down an offer on a piece of paper, and they agreed to it. That was it. They had the right vehicle at the time, but not in the color scheme I wanted, and they were having difficultly locating one to make a swap with other local dealers. So despite having a handshake agreement in place regarding price, they still didn't have a suitable vehicle, and I continued my search at several other locations. When circumstances evolved and they were able to locate a vehicle that was acceptable to me more than a week later (and in the following calendar month, now in the first week of August), the price never changed. They did not try to squeeze more money out of me, even as the buying process progressed through each subsequent phase, and they didn't play any of the stupid games that car dealers are infamous for. There was no nonsense and absolutely no B.S. They were courteous, professional, and accommodating to me during every visit I made to their showroom. They also threw in a few free oil changes that I didn't even ask for, and they installed the final two accessories without incident 11 days after I took delivery because the parts had been backordered. A few days after that, I needed help removing a license plate screw (trying to install my own custom frames), and the service department met my needs quickly and efficiently. If you're looking for a new or certified Nissan vehicle, I can highly recommend this dealership. It's not a sleazy "stealership" like most. The people here are actually nice and won't try to rip you off. They've also done several follow-up contacts since I paid for the vehicle to make sure everything is going well after the fact. More

Today, I arrived for my scheduled oil change and I am informed that they are no longer free and that the Mt. KISCO NISSAN DEALERSHIP only honors a free oil change with a service. BEWARE. So much for good and honorable business practices. You can rest assured that I will not be purchasing a new car from this establishment. No trust. Very disappointed. More
If you want your Nissan serviced at a dealership where they don't know how to change your windshield wiper inserts this is the place to go. After charging me $40 to replace the entire wipers they tried to they don't know how to change your windshield wiper inserts this is the place to go. After charging me $40 to replace the entire wipers they tried to explain that the wiper inserts were not replaceable and therefore they had to replace the entire wiper. “We deal with this all the time.” After bringing them the receipts showing several past inserts replacements at $15 – when this dealership was under different ownership - they re-examine the wipers, which clearly had replaceable inserts. They went in the back to "check." And after a 10-minute wait they came out and said yes the inserts are replaceable and they have them in stock. They would refund me the difference, which was $15, or offer me a free oil change. Two years ago the difference was $25 so apparently the price of wiper inserts went up by 67% in two years. They were polite but not very apologetic. They seemed mildly annoyed with me. It makes you wonder what else they don’t know how to do. More
