Best service center on the planet! I was driving across country when the transmission on my 2009 Nissan Rogue gave out. I took it to the Nissan of Mobile dealership service center where I was driving across country when the transmission on my 2009 Nissan Rogue gave out. I highly recommend this establishment. More

No follow up after the sale I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima that wasn’t detailed before I picked up and the basic preparation of the car wasn’t completed. My salesman had a I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima that wasn’t detailed before I picked up and the basic preparation of the car wasn’t completed. My salesman had a doctors appointment at the time I went in to close the finance part so the was no pre delivery done. An example would be the trunk carpet was still rolled up, there were paper placemats in front section that were half way shoved under the seats, the car needed washing and the rims had tape residue on them and the tires had 40 pounds of air pressure in all 4. I have been waiting since Dec. 11th for a cancellation of a wheel protection package and have not gotten it. The finance manager, josh Ratliff has not or will not call me back. I have also called the :Sales manager and he has called me back. I have called my salesman but had to leave him a message also. It seems that there is no way to get some one from this dealership to talk to you. With this new maxima that I just purchased I have been involved in buying 8 new Nissan vehicles in the last 12 years. You would think that someone would step up and return my calls. If no one calls I will either go back to dealership to talk to them or I will call corporate office and see someone there will talk to me. More
Bad experiences The service department here is absolutely terrible and full of crap. The service department wouldn't check my transmission fluid during my last visit. The guy told me if I want my transmission fluid check, I have to have to the entire service done. Just last year I had my transmission fluid checked without a problem for free. I have about 3 stories similar to this one. My spoiler LED went out and they told me I need to pay $350 to get a entirely new spoiler because they just don't replace LEDs, but I went to the nissan in Daphne and they replace just the LED. I am here with yet again with another bad review. A 10 months ago, I hit a curb and my Maxima was wobbling really bad. I took it to nissan and I paid for an alignment and it didn't fix the issue. Instead I was told it was wobbling because of slightly bent coil spring, in which was bent a long time before I hit the curb, so I knew that was not the issue. 10 months later while getting tires I find out that I bent my rim when I hit the curb. This service department is trash and I refuse to ever go back on this property after having multiple issues. I drove around for 10 months with a wobbling car because I was told all of the components, rim, and the tire was fine that day. I got a new rim off of eBay and the wobbling has stopped. Complete BS. This service is totally and utterly disgusting. I wish I could give negative stars. More
