Extremely horrible seevice. I placed an order for my 2008 armada overhead compartment back in august 2022, its almost end of april 2023 and they dont have the part. When i asked them cancel my order first they were asking for a restocking fee, lol for an order where they dont even have the part even after 9 months. Anyways after talking to manager they said they will refund the money back and its been over 14 days now they havent refunded the money yet even after calling them several times Each time they tell Me the lady at the sevice depaetment is working on my refund check for $1200 Seriously what a bad experience, i dont recommend More

I bought a used 2017 Ford Explorer from Nissan if mission hills. Had a couple days airbag light on dash , took it in three days later got my car back . Told them no with my husband about a warranty and said we would get free stuff in car they charged us $3,000 more and it was suppose to be free with car purchase . More
I finally found the time and drove out to the dealership after being contacted several times regarding the car that I was interested in. When I arrived there, the car did not turn on - they realised that t after being contacted several times regarding the car that I was interested in. When I arrived there, the car did not turn on - they realised that the battery was dead. Moreover, the convertible roof was broken and could not be opened, which was not mentioned in the online description of the car. This is very unprofessional of you to bring customers out without being able to show them a good car. More

They definitely took advantage of that. They ran my credit 8 times without my permission. I said they could run it once and it dripped my credit score. I immediately started calling after that day and never got a call back until after a month. They said I could've returned the car in under a month, I guess that's why they waited 30 days to call back. I received an email about refinancing it, so I went up there and the finance guy said he never sent that email (lie #1) I received a letter in the mail about buying my car back since they had people in the market to buy that model. I went up there again. He ran my credit AGAIN without m6 permission and said he couldn't buy my car back (lie #2) I spoke to a gentleman in the service department about some issues with the car (Christian was a really nice guy and professional) another person in the service dpt said I probably could've returned the car before 90 days, but the 90 day window was closed (Lie #3 ) I did speak to the used car sales manager a few later (the most unprofessional manager I've ever dealt with in my life, he wouldn't even tell me his name ) . He said there was no such thing as a 30 or 90 day window I spoke to a salesman on the phone the following day ( I didn't catch his name, but very kind and professional) He said he'll have someone from the customer satisfaction department reach out to me later that day. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on the call (Lie #4) Do not do business with these people More
Worst experienced I ever had. Guys run my credit and I have 780 credit score. We agreed to DP and terms and when im about to sign docs, they want more more DP and more terms. The car is a used worth 36K and they want me to pay more for a used compare to a brand new one. People here are scammers. Its sad cause just I bought a new car from them 6 m0nths ago with a huge markup. Sad to say I walked out of there and will never buy a car from these scammers again. Its sad cause Nissan do make great cars and the people here dont represent what Nissan is all about. Do your self a favor if you wanna buy a Nissan go to other Nissan dealerships cause this one is not worth your time. Im gonna call corporate to tell about these people who are shaming Nissan's name.
