We think we make a deal and drive an hour to see them to pick the car up only to find out they no longer had the vehicle. Get this, after we trolled around the lot for 30 mins, they tell us its be sold to another dealer, then they tell me us a sales manager will come speak to us and work it out and then they come back and say there is no sales manager available and there was nothing that could be done. Do not believe a word these people say. They cannot be trusted. I expect so much more from a Nissan dealer (5x Nissan owner here). These guys are the reason car dealers have such bad reputations. We dealt with Bryce, a supposed fleet/internet "manager" but seemed more like a glorified salesperson, as he had zero authority to do anything.
