Bait and Switch !! acquired quote and confirmed everything via email as well as phone 3 times each total of 6 times with Felipe Torres the Internet sales manager... drive 1 hour to their dealership only to find the quote was incorrect while they try to upsale the spec i wanted at about 2k more than price quoted. wasted 2 hours of my life. shady practice. I have recordings and transaction to proof confirmation. will follow up with Nissan headquarter with recordings. More

Misleading sales tactics 2 hours back and forth on the phone and a 1 hour drive each way only to hear they couldn’t honor the bottom line price we offered for a specific car. 2 hours back and forth on the phone and a 1 hour drive each way only to hear they couldn’t honor the bottom line price we offered for a specific car. David said he felt very confident about honoring the price if we would come to the lot and test drive. We did so and David mentioned the price several times leading us to believe the deal would be made. After the test drive someone named Tony became involved informing us that he couldn’t meet our price. We went with our own pre-approved bank financing and had a blank check in our hands but no deal. Feeling very mislead by David and didn’t really appreciate Tony’s abrupt personality. More
