My car would not start so I called and spoke to Erica and she got me right in even though it was in the middle of the day. She even took me home. I received a text from Krysta letting me know if I had any qu she got me right in even though it was in the middle of the day. She even took me home. Krysta, Erica and the cashier were all very friendly which made for a great experience! More
This Nissan dealership in Midland, Texas refused service for my 2016 Nissan Versa, The service manager and staff were indifferent and short with me. Now since I still have my extended service warranty I ha for my 2016 Nissan Versa, The service manager and staff were indifferent and short with me. Now since I still have my extended service warranty I have to drive 50 miles round trip to Odessa to get my car serviced. I am a senior citizen and I have never been treated with such indifference, disrespect and poor customer service. Shame on you Nissan of Midland! . More
Liars and thieves I had a horrible experience with the service department. I was traveling and had issues with the top of my 370z, I called them and they assured me th I had a horrible experience with the service department. I was traveling and had issues with the top of my 370z, I called them and they assured me they could work on the top at their shop. I questioned them extensively regarding their experience, ect. Yolanda, the service rep assured me they were certified to work on them. They tore it apart, left parts in the cupholder, ripped me off $540 dollars to let me know they had never worked on one before! In fact, yolanda says "we don't even sell convertibles here" at the end of this ordeal! What a joke, I reversed the credit card charges and they fought me back for the money! I am a businessman of 30 plus years, I have never had such crappy service, direct lying to my face, and then not even call me back when I complained. Don't go there for any reason! More

2 1/2 hours for an oil change! The car hood was up a left unattended for over 45 min. Website says 15 min to an hour for service. Cant make an appointment! Wow! Amazing Service! I was on a road trip and had a malfunctioning part in my Altima. I contacted the service department while I was still in New Mexico because Midland w I was on a road trip and had a malfunctioning part in my Altima. I contacted the service department while I was still in New Mexico because Midland was our destination. I explained to the service advisor Justin my issue. He was great! Upon arriving he immediately assessed the problem and had a technician start working on it right way. The parts department was also great! They had us up and running in a very short time. I really appreciate your efforts and taking care of us! Traveling can be stressful and to have mechanical problems is even worse. You took great care of us! THANK YOU! More
Did unneeded work and denied needed work. William was great but otherwise the service we recieved at this shop was completely unacceptable. Our vehicle was in this shop over a month for transm William was great but otherwise the service we recieved at this shop was completely unacceptable. Our vehicle was in this shop over a month for transmission problems, apparent electrical issues and the rear wiper not working. The transmission was under warranty. It is what apparently took them forever to fix. Got the vehicle back and had the same exact problems immediately. Went online to some Nissan forums. Discovered it was probably a bad battery. Replaced the factory battery and all the transmission and apparent electrical issues are gone except the rear wiper not working. My vehicle was in this shop a month and got a whole new transmission because the factory battery was dead. You'd think they'd check things like that first. Now the rear wiper. When we bought our vehicle used at one of this places sister stores we were told it had no wrecks and we were down a clean car fax. We decided to at the time of purchase to get an extended warranty. Nissan claims the vehicle was wrecked and won't service the warranty. They apparently decided this themself and have shown us nothing to support this assertion. They also seem to have pre denied the service claim. I do not believe they have even tried to get it approved through the extended service warranty. They are also quoting $1000 to fix this issue. The actual law regarding extended warranties actually states that even if the vehicle was in a wreck they have to prove the wreck caused the failure. I have asked Nissan for a letter stating the service was denied by the warranter. They have refused. I have discovered ships do this because they don't want to honor service contracts that pay a set price when they can charge an individual more on the repair. I don't know that is what they are doing, but that's what it feels like. Needless to say, losing my vehicle for a month, having one unnecessary repair and one denied repair has left me with a very bad taste for Nissan of Midland. More
