Took advantage of Filthy business! I went in to trade in my vehicle for a moderate car. I went in with my first 6 week old baby. They kept telling me different prices a Filthy business! I went in to trade in my vehicle for a moderate car. I went in with my first 6 week old baby. They kept telling me different prices and different monthly payments. I kept saying i wanted to think about it and leave to go feed my baby. Every time I said this they would bring the manager over to tell me a story and confuse me with different offers. They took my car to see what the trade in value was and went and parked it somewhere I couldn’t see it. I kept trying to leave and these older men kept telling me how good of a deal I was getting. My baby was tired and hungry and i couldn’t get out of there. I finally gave in after be exhausted and being led to believe i was getting a “great deal”. They kept bringing me papers to sign with different prices and by the time i figured up all the “fees” and bull crap they gave me a horrible deal from what they said but it was too late or so they made me believe. I hate the vehicle. They used every sales mans tactic they could and took advantage of a young mom stressed out and confused. The car started giving me problems THE VERY NEXT DAY. I emailed and let them know and received a “too bad” email. I’m highly disgusted with this place. I wish i would have told them to get the xxxx out of my face so I could have got out of there with my baby and started thinking straight. I have excellent credit and good income, I feel awful I gave this place my business. I would highly recommend that you do not put your money into a business ran like this. Highly upset and disgusted. Horrible I was gonna buy a car, they told me my payment included gap, bumper to bumper, they told me to put everything from my car into the truck I bought and I was gonna buy a car, they told me my payment included gap, bumper to bumper, they told me to put everything from my car into the truck I bought and then we would sign papers and assured me all was set. Went to sign papers and 3/4 into signing they told me I had to purchase bumper to bumper and my payment was going up from what they assured me was included in the first price...... Needless to say after 8hrs of being haggled I left with out the new truck and had to put everything f back into my original car. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FINANCE SALES PEOPLE More
