Frankie was a great sales person, he got me the car I wanted before my lunch break and had everything ready so I could get back to work on time. It was all so fast and I was able to take the car home that same day! It was awesome!!Frankie was a great sales person and the other person which was the finance her name is Elizabeth Montoya explained everyhting very clearly and had the paper work ready to sign by the the time I got there! We purchased a used car and for the most part was happy with the trade. Liz Montoya, in the finance office was also very helpful and nice. The one thing that disappointed me was no one from the sales management team came to introduce themself or congratulate us on the purchase. That was very odd, as we shop Midland because of the friendly people. On several occasions they had opportunities to introduce themselves, but didn't even acknowledge us. The staff was friendly and Daniel was new but was eager to learn. If we had any questions he would answer or find someone that could answer our questions.
