WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE After 2 months without my car, I still cannot pry ANY information out of the service department at Nissan of Midland. I, as well as my insurance compa After 2 months without my car, I still cannot pry ANY information out of the service department at Nissan of Midland. I, as well as my insurance company, have called several times and are told we will receive a call back, which NEVER happens. We've asked to speak to a general manager, asked to speak to ANYONE in the service department about my car and, somehow, NO ONE is ever available. Pathetic customer service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! The original body shop I was working with even said they will no longer be sending their customers to this location. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!! More

I can't believe these people still in business...They sold my little 19 year old brother a truck way overpriced and the truck's engine broke within the week. They said they would fix it and two months la sold my little 19 year old brother a truck way overpriced and the truck's engine broke within the week. They said they would fix it and two months later they told him they couldn't fix it and to come pick the truck out of the shop or pay 6k for a new engine. Now my brother has a 22k debt and no truck and the bank says he still has to pay for it which speaks to the kind of banks they deal with like Santander bank. This only happened because I was deployed to Afghanistan and I wasn't there to deal with it myself but I will write their corporate office and Nissan and let them know the type of business they run in Midland. More
