I was scheduled for a routine Zaktek paint protection that I scheduled online. Upon my arrival at the shop the service advisor notified me that my rental would not be available due to the fact that onlin that I scheduled online. Upon my arrival at the shop the service advisor notified me that my rental would not be available due to the fact that online appts do not connect with the rental side. He tried to get the shuttle to take me where I requested. He went above and beyond and was able to get me into a rental afterall otherwise I would have been stuck at the shop for 4+ hours! More

There is disregard on the promises of Covid 19 precautions you stated online. 1. I had to ask the service rep to wear a face mask and step outside since there were many reps without a face mask. precautions you stated online. 1. When I ask her , she said "I'm only here for a little bit" 3. The guy who brought my car was not wearing gloves (it is a standard for Open Texas) and his face mask was on his chin without covering his mouth or nose. It is sad to see that you don’t t care about the wellness of your costumers and the community during a pandemic. If you are going to put it on your site, fulfill yours promises and.... it is law. More
