The service advisor was great(Gary) by keeping me informed and following up about the status of my repair the entire time. The repair was simply to program a new key and took way too long because th informed and following up about the status of my repair the entire time. The repair was simply to program a new key and took way too long because the service department provided the wrong key. So a 1 day repair process took almost 5 days while the technician tried different diagnostic solutions. A bit of a hassle and disappointment while paying premium labor rates and OEM prices for a key—$476 for what should have been a 1 hour programming of key. Missed the target! More
