CONTINUED FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW-------- After speaking to Navy Federal about the dealership and draft check I realized that the draft check had not been completed in its entirety. On Monday, 6/17/2024 I h to Navy Federal about the dealership and draft check I realized that the draft check had not been completed in its entirety. On Monday, 6/17/2024 I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to meet Michelle to sign the back of the draft check. I called Michelle on Tuesday, 6/18 to verify if funds had been paid. Not yet. I called Michelle on Thursday, 6/20 to verify if funds had been paid. I was told that funds had not been paid yet. Before calling Michelle I had received confirmation from Navy Federal that draft check had been processed. I sent Michelle a copy of the processed draft check. Michelle suggested that I contact Lauren Sumner (Accounting) to inquire about deposited/paid draft check. Michelle gave me an incorrect email address for Lauren, no phone number, no fax number. I had to call main number at NOM and ask for Lauren. After speaking to Lauren and sending over a copy of the processed draft check I was informed that she would double check with her manager, but she was pretty sure that that was all I would need to pick up my vehicle. Lauren called me back to say that I would NOT be able to pick up my vehicle, but that she would check their account on Friday, 6/21/2024 to see if funds had cleared by then. Lauren did not call me on 6/21/2024 so I called her. I was informed that funds still had not cleared and I was still not able to pick up my vehicle even though NOM was in possession of a copy of the processed draft check from Navy federal. Lauren informed that she would call me on Saturday, 6/22/2024 after checking the account again at 10:30am. Lauren did not call me back. I called the dealership a little after noon and spoke to Edwin Alvarado (pre-owned sales director). I explained who I was and why I was calling because I had never spoken to him. He told me to come pick up my vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was given my keys and that’s it. No “Thank you for your business.” or “My apologies for all of the trouble.” Nothing. I received a call from the receptionist on Monday, 7/8/2024 informing me that my license plate and registration were in and that I could come and pick them up. When I purchased my vehicle Michelle communicated that my plates and registration would be mailed to me. So another 4 hour drive to McKinney and 4 hours back home. The standard should be EXCEPTIONAL service for each and every transaction with each and every customer. I expected to be treated like my business was appreciated. Especially considering that I was purchasing an $85K vehicle! Definitely not what I experienced at NOM. More

The service person was great but I had to show him that my tires weren’t rotated just like the last time I took my vehicle in for service. I was really disappointed when I was charged an additional 3% fo my tires weren’t rotated just like the last time I took my vehicle in for service. I was really disappointed when I was charged an additional 3% for paying with my credit card. Like I said the service person did a really great job. More
A real customer review. The service department is horrible. They lied to me about my car. My car was hit from the back, fixed by caliber collusion. So my car alarm has went The service department is horrible. They lied to me about my car. My car was hit from the back, fixed by caliber collusion. So my car alarm has went off 4 times since I picked my car up on May 5, 2024. Caliber collision ran a diagnostic and fault codes came up, they were going to pay for this McKinney location to do a diagnostic test on my car. The service guy quoted caliber collision a little over 180 for the price. I told them I wanted a copy of the diagnostic when I picked up my car. Well they made every excuse saying the technician was in lunch, they can’t pull up the work he did only he can (lie#1). The service guy said the car was hooked up and there was no codes showing. Yet in the sheet it does not say anything about a diagnostic test being done it said a multi point inspection. I called 2 other Nissan locations and both said the multi point inspection is a visual inspection it’s not a diagnostic test inspection (lie #2 by this location). Then the person, which I’m assuming was the service manager came and said they only do the diagnostic test when they suspect problems with electrical. I said it was being paid for, you should have don’t it, my horn going off is electrical. He then goes on to say they offer 1 inspection inspection, he gave caliber collision a discount (lie #3). He kept contradicting himself. He said they can’t print out the results unless my car is hooked up (lie #4) I told him no I will take my car to another dealership, preferably not Nissan. You sir are a lier, you think I’m stupid because I’m black and I’m a woman. How dare you lie to me in my face. He wanted to take my car and do a diagnostic on it after he was called out on not doing it in the first place. This place makes me regret buying a Nissan. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, BUYER BEWARE OF THW SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More
