We leased a 2022 Titan Pro 4X in March. We brought it in for service within 2 months of having it for a whining noise, acceleration issue, and that the clock changes the time and needs to be re-set each time the vehicle is turned off and on. This is our only family vehicle, so they got us a loaner car to drive while they diagnosed the issues. I had to call to get updates, never got an unprompted call about how it was going. Found out that the air conditioning compressor needs to be replaced which is causing the whining, and that they have to replace the radio, both parts were indefinitely back ordered. They were unable to diagnose the acceleration issue. After waiting 3-4 weeks about an ETA on the parts, I called my service advisor and magically the parts we’re going to be in on Monday of the next week and they would call me when they came in. On Thursday, I called and found out the parts were in, but my service advisor was on vacation. So I talked to one of the service managers, Gary about getting repairs scheduled and a loaner car. He said he didn’t have a loaner car available. I explained the situation about that the car was only 3 months old and our only family vehicle and told him to figure something out, even if I had to wait a few weeks to get it done and call me when he did. After not hearing back for a few days, I called Gary again, this time he said there was one person in front of me waiting on a loaner, but it would probably be about a week and then we could get the truck fixed with a loaner. Meanwhile, we have added to the list of things to get diagnosed, we have had to reset our key fobs twice because they stopped working, and you have to be right up on the vehicle for remote start to work, kinda defeats the purpose. And still no diagnosis for why it’s have acceleration issues. After waiting almost 2 weeks, trying to be patient, I called Gary again. Gary is no longer at Nissan and nobody knows about getting me a loaner. I get redirected to my service advisor who can only tell me they’ll call when a loaner is available. I am paying payments on a deluxe vehicle, driving a truck I don’t trust won’t break down on me. I can’t get service without a loaner vehicle, can’t get a loaner and no matter how long I wait or who I talk to. Don’t trust these vehicles or anyone at the dealership. They don’t sell quality vehicles, they don’t work with you to help make it right. They drop the ball every time and poor, poor communication. Would discourage anyone from buying a Nissan at this dealership and working with this service department, unfortunately we’re stuck. More
Everyone at the Nissan Dealership was very pleasant to talk to. Tim Johnson was my dealer and he made sure I got the features I wanted and even let me know that there were new cars coming in the next day. talk to.
