From the moment I walked in the door trouble … service person was not very informed of the problems of my Nissan frontier … after the initial inspection … 60K inspection ..: of my truck he suggested I cha person was not very informed of the problems of my Nissan frontier … after the initial inspection … 60K inspection ..: of my truck he suggested I change my oil even though I came in a couple of months ago for an oil change .. ohhh okay … I also needed to change transmission oil … ok… $300 and some chump change … ok… came back later ohh your truck has this special kind of transmission fluid thing 20 point blah blah .. couldn’t understand a thing … it’s now $500… ohh ok … be ready in a couple of hours … still waiting … comes back again now there’s a seal that needs to be replaced … another $400… wait a minute I just bought this truck … $1000 ??!!! … also a caution on my brake fluid … well what’s wrong with it ??? I just replaced it a few months ago cause the technician said it looked so bad he didn’t think it had ever been replaced … so much for Nissan’s check all systems before you buy and passed … I asked him why does it need to be replaced again after two months ???? Have yet to receive an answer … now he sez the seal needs to sit and rest or whatever he mumbled … and won’t be ready till 5 pm … been here since 9:30 am it’s now 1 pm… in between all this the technician sent it to be washed and cleaned … well had the seal been replaced? No … so the technician sent it to be washed when it wasn’t done being serviced ?? How does one communicate here ?? I don’t trust these guys at all … I’m not impressed… I believe after he sent my truck to be washed before the truck was actually done being service the technician started another job so now I have to wait in line again for my truck to be serviced … stuck without a paddle More
The original salesman was great, but the sales manager was rude when upscale products where not bought. God review for Malick not even close for Jerry. I took my qx60 for service to Nissan of Mckinney, sometime in 2023. Joe Garcia was my service advisor. I had a great experience with him and the service department. Once again took it to Nissan of Mc sometime in 2023. Joe Garcia was my service advisor. I had a great experience with him and the service department. Once again took it to Nissan of Mckinney for servicein June of 2024 and I made sure Joe was still working there. He was great again and my vehicle serviced for what I asked for. I know Joe is fairly new at being a service advisor. I think he is doing a great job! He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, caring and tries to answer all your questions or concerns to best of his knowledge. These are the traits that will have your customers satisfied and become a loyal customer. He is a great asset to your dealership! I know competition is fierce in auto industry, and you need more employees like Joe to be successful and be in the top tier. I know I will be coming back for more service at Nissan of Mckinney. More
Had an appointment at 2:00 arrived at 1:45 for a battery replacement. Was told it would take 2 hours. This Aug 2024 but the battery has 12/23 stamped on it. 24 months free replacement. I have only 16 months replacement. Was told it would take 2 hours. This Aug 2024 but the battery has 12/23 stamped on it. 24 months free replacement. I have only 16 months left. Bad experience with service advisor. Appointments need to take priority over drop offs. More
