I went to Nissan of McKinney post learning that they are participating in Costco Auto Program . After went there I chose a Nisan Rouge SV model , the price was coted as Manufacturer’s Retail Suggested Pri participating in Costco Auto Program . After went there I chose a Nisan Rouge SV model , the price was coted as Manufacturer’s Retail Suggested Price -:$31,290 Dealer Accessory total-$1,995 The sales agent told they are part of Costco Auto program and I will be getting a good discount where as I end of paying $35,447. Another play they did while giving me the Auto loan they promised me 6.59% but my final interest rate turned to be 7.72%. I somehow felt I was cheated royally , but that day I have to get the car for sure and I would suggest folks to be cautious dealing with this dealership. More

Had an unpleasant experience at Nissan McKinney today. Why are hidden charges always added to the advertised price? The agreed upon price of the vehicle + TTL and agreed upon price for certified warrant Why are hidden charges always added to the advertised price? The agreed upon price of the vehicle + TTL and agreed upon price for certified warranty pricing was changed in the Finance department. They took advantage of my friend by incressing the cost of the Certified warranty by about $ 2800 in Finance. Came to the dealership in good faith to buy a car today. Nissan McKinney has lost our trust at this point. Question is whether they will truly want to resolve this issue and show us if they value their customer service experience.
