Our service advisor was helpful and understanding! She accommodated us within the short time frame. It was pathfinder’s first service after the purchase of the vehicle! She accommodated us within the short time frame. It was pathfinder’s first service after the purchase of the vehicle! More
Being a new customer, I didn’t have a great experience with Nissan of McKinney. The service was so so. They did not wash or clean my car properly after servicing. The manager at car wash side was rude and unprofessional. The guy on car wash side was willing to do some additional cleaning on my car but the manager had stopped him and as a result of this he refused to clean my car. This is very disappointing. I will not recommend anyone to go to Nissan of McKinney. More

Watch for deceptive pricing, I got a price from the ad on the internet and planned to pay full retail due to the market. My salesman Ransom tried to add a $3500 make ready fee, they refused to give anything the internet and planned to pay full retail due to the market. My salesman Ransom tried to add a $3500 make ready fee, they refused to give anything about the service they performed in writing. They replaced the cracked windshield with a cheap Chinese knockoff after signing that they would use an oem one. They also neglected to mention they only had one key ($500 blank plus programming). When the failure to do what I put in writing a friendly manager Ty Charles stepped in, he said he’d refund some money for the key and get me the paperwork. He hasn’t returned my calls, hasn’t emailed me the prepurchase inspection report (which they claim to do on everything they sell) and I assume “the check is in the mail”. It’s been a long time since I’ve dealt with people who will lie to you like this. My recommendation, having bought many cars and never having a similar experience, is go to Sewell. This is clearly how the used car department at Nissan McKinney runs when sadly the salesman Ransom and even the manager Ty has no integrity. If nothing else do yourself a favor and avoid them, maybe a more professional experience is possible. More
