My wife and i were looking for a used small suv such as the Murano. We checked a number of sites on the internet and visited another local dealer. we thought we would drive by Team Nissan to check inventor the Murano. We were met by Jesus, whom we both found to be very professional as well as friendly. Jesus bent over backwards to demo the car we ended up purchasing.Every question and concern was handled very well. Our trade was evaluated by Mike Rios, Mike came back with a fair offer. A spirited negotiation followed that was, at all times, professional friendly and most of all respectful. I really appreciate the fact that a stressful situation (any time your making a major purchase) was made into an excellent transaction. These two individuals were just great. My wife and I are very pleased and would recommend Team Nissan to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. I started out at another dealership. The salesman was not friendly, he didnot know his inventory, he refused to assist me in any offers, he tried to sell me cars that he could not locate, He was not dressed friendly, he didnot know his inventory, he refused to assist me in any offers, he tried to sell me cars that he could not locate, He was not dressed professionally, he had on a baseball cap a T-shirt with a stain, and sneekers.Overall his customer service was very poor. I left very distraught. I arrived at the team Nissan dealership with an attitude, and from the very beginning Alex greeted me with a smile, and calmed me down. He was very knowledgeable, he could locate his inventory, he was very well dressed, he was so courteous, and he was funny,(he tried to get me to buy a blue car to show support for my college). Our colleges were rival schools so he knew the colors. I explained to him that I wanted a conservative color. he walked the entire lot until he located my request. I was very impressed. he worked with me and answered every question I had, and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. He gave me a guarantee that I would find a car to take with me that day. I did. The customer service from heaven continued when I met with the finance person. he was just as courteous and knowledgeable. I have had the vechicle nearly 3 weeks, I have found no major problems. I took the vechicle to two repair facilities to have the vechile checked out. The only things that was recommended was a front brake job and a tune-up, because the vechile had over 90,000 miles and I did'nt know when the last maintenance was performed. The vechicle runs GREAT. I get postive comments from people about how the vechicle looks, and sounds. It is my understanding that this vechicle belonged to the state, if this is true they took good care of this vechicle. I have a 2010 Van, but I also enjoy driving this vechicle. I first noticed this vechicle on AutoTrader.com.
