They work very hard on customer satisfaction, however, on this appointment they fell a little short. I saw that my vehicle service was complete and in the bay awaiting pick up and I alerted an agent that I this appointment they fell a little short. I was glad I did not have to work that day but customers would rather not just sit in a service area for no good reason wasting time. Other than that everything was great! More
I have been doing business with them for 12 years so I’m going to rate them 10 out of 10 they have been amazing awesome and have never had a problem helping me with my needs. I can in to get my car ready for a road-trip and I am so glad I did! I had a nail in my tire which needed replacing. The entire experience was Extremely horrible and unprofessional. I was inconvenienced for 4 hours for a loose wire behind my brake pedal and a oil change. Had I not come back to the dealership and a unprofessional. I was inconvenienced for 4 hours for a loose wire behind my brake pedal and a oil change. Had I not come back to the dealership and ask what is going on with my vehicle, I'm sure I would have waited even longer. When I got there my car was just sitting over to the side as it was completed. It took another 15 to 20 minute for somebody to give me an answer as to what's going on with my car after I had come back after 4 hours with no phone calls whatsoever. Their lack of employees is their problem, it should not be an inconvenience to me and the process when I was told it was only going to take 2 hours at best. When I was given my car it was dirty in the inside. I had to remove their trash off my Floorboard. I was told that they washed my car and vacuumed my floorboards and sanitized my car which was a complete lie. Oh they washed my car but neglected to take care of the inside of my car and remove their trash that they put on my floorboard. When I told my service Tech that he lied to me about cleaning out the front of my car and removing their trash he said oh wait a minute let me get a Porter. I'm not waiting any longer you've taken up too much of my day as it is. Do not lie to people and tell them you've completed a process that supposed to be complimentary when in fact you did not perform that service. It makes you look like morons. I then called to speak to the service manager and I was left on hold for 30 minutes. I then hung up and called back and asked to speak to the dealership manager and a sales lady picked up the phone and got a message to the service manager to call me immediately. Once I spoke with the service manager he had a laxy Daisy attitude and basically could care less about why I was so upset... He didn't offer up any compensation for my inconvenience at all whatsoever and it wasn't until I complained even more that he was willing to offer me a free oil change. Which I doubt he even marked it in the system. If your car is out of warranty I would I would highly suggest that you go somewhere else where you can get Is treated in a professional manner and your business be appreciated instead of them charging you $200 or more for basically hardly doing any work at the same time that they've inconvenienced you for 4 hours out of your day..
