I like the friendliness and "aiming to please" attitude of your personnel. I was disappointed that, when I made the appointment with the main appointment operator to have the recall/class action law suit of your personnel. I was disappointed that, when I made the appointment with the main appointment operator to have the recall/class action law suit front light fixtures installed, she told me that it would take 1 to 2days to get this done. When I arrived at my designated appointment time, I was told that the lights were not available for probably 4 to 6 months they had to be manufactured first. I did get a transmission fluid exchange which was recommended on my last visit there. This was accomplished faster that I anticipated. Service Advisor "Rich" was very professional. I hope you'll keep him. Every time I come to Marietta Service Department, there are always new people there and that was my experience for the last many years. Also, I went to the retail parts department to purchase touch-up paint. It was not available but the gentleman told me that Sutherlin Nissan in Holly Springs had 5 in stock. He must have gone to the trouble to research where I could find the paint. It was a long Haul from my home but a beautiful day for a drive. And Yes, I appreciate always the car wash job before leaving. More
Terrible customer service. Terrible follow up. $30k used car was so dirty inside. This was my first service at AutoNation Nissan at Marietta and it was a great experience. The service advisor Rich Huffman was very friendly and helped clarify all my questions regarding the car main Marietta and it was a great experience. The service advisor Rich Huffman was very friendly and helped clarify all my questions regarding the car maintenance. He was patient and offered to look into all the concerns I had regarding my car. Since they expected the maintenance to take longer, they arranged for a porter to drop me home. I would be happy to bring my car here again. More
