Awesome! I purchased a used vehicle at this dealer. I interacted with Mary Bidinger and June Johnson. These two ladies are incredible. Very friendly, extremely I purchased a used vehicle at this dealer. I interacted with Mary Bidinger and June Johnson. These two ladies are incredible. Very friendly, extremely helpful. Made the vehicle purchase extremely easy. Even though I purchased a non- Nissan product. Used vehicle purchase. Upon delivery the vehicle had a little dirt on the rocker panels. Mary went on got cleaner from the detailer and personally cleaned the rocker panels off. Completely unnecessary. These two ladies went above and beyond in what I feel their job duties are. I will return to this dealer in the future for purchases! More

No contact I've been calling 1 to 2 times a week for 6 weeks.to talk with finance dept. Left plenty of voicemails with (both Dearborn and Macomb) absolutely zero I've been calling 1 to 2 times a week for 6 weeks.to talk with finance dept. Left plenty of voicemails with (both Dearborn and Macomb) absolutely zero return calls or messages for me. Come to find out Dearborn All pro Nissan is closed. Also the used car (Chevrolet) i bought started leaking oil after a few days. Turns out the service dept didn't tighten oil filter. Bought extend warranty and didn't cover another problem with car. All pro Nissan didnt stand behind it and I paid GM dealer to fix it. Wouldn't recommend All Pro to anyone!!! More

I had called Jeffrey Nissan with this problem and they told me they did not know how to fix it. Matthew was extremely helpful in solving my problem and explained what went wrong. If the rest of the service department is like Matthew, I will be coming to All Pro for all my needs. More

Please go elsewhere I honestly wish I could give less than one star. I recently bought a Nissan Kicks and after we got the vehicle home we noticed the seat would not adj I honestly wish I could give less than one star. I recently bought a Nissan Kicks and after we got the vehicle home we noticed the seat would not adjust so a shorter person could drive the car, which is necessary in my situation, we had our new car a total of four days and were required to put it in the shop. We are going on 30 days! With NO estimate on when it will get fixed. The sales manager I spoke with is doing nothing to expedite the repairs, and asked if we can just give the car back and buy a new one, he suggested we could trade it in and lose hundreds if not thousands of dollars for something that is their fault. This place does not deserve your money. Please go somewhere else, even a different Nissan dealership but I wouldn't even recommend that. More
