However, the wait time was ridiculous and then they did not wash my vehicle because they kept coming in telling me this and The oil change was superb! However, the wait time was ridiculous and then they did not wash my vehicle because they kept coming in telling me this and that needs to be fixed. Just change the oil because I clearly stated that is the only Reason for the visit. And then I am asked do you want to just go because a wash will take more time-after being there 2 plus hours for just only an oil change. Really. The oil change was great, the oil looked spectacular. but my vehicle did not get washed and the wait was ridiculous. just do what the customer is there for and leave it at that. More
