She used to be my mom's service advisor, but not anymore; THANK GOD!! I do NOT know how she talks to her other customers, but I do NOT appreciate how she talks to my mother. I had the pleasure of seeing this in person yesterday. Yesterday, I accompanied my mom to the dealership because my mom's car stopped in the middle of the road. Given my mom had an oil change appointment already with Mia, but my mom went straight to Andrew because she knows Andrew will treat her better. Andrew mentioned that we were scheduled with Mia, but Mia said something like, "oh that's all you, Andrew!" She said this right in front of us like she was happy to have my mom go to someone else. REALLY????? This really made my mother and I uncomfortable. Mia, if you have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NICE TO SAY, DO NOT SAY ANYTHING! We were already in a stressful situation and your attitude was unnecessary! Keep away from this advisor! 0 stars!!! More
Best dealership to buy a car from and have it serviced! I have purchased two cars here and have my cars serviced here. Every experience has been very positive. on my last visit, Briana was very knowledgeabl I have purchased two cars here and have my cars serviced here. Every experience has been very positive. on my last visit, Briana was very knowledgeable and kept me informed. My car came back in like-new condition. Everything was fixed right the first time; I didn't have to bring it back for because something wasn't done right. Very happy with Nissan of Long Beach and I will buy my next car here and continue to have my cars serviced here. More
Rip off, waste of time and liers Two and a half months ago I went to this shady location looking to trade in my kia forte for rogue which Sandra the sales person made it happened yes Two and a half months ago I went to this shady location looking to trade in my kia forte for rogue which Sandra the sales person made it happened yes I was happy because my wife got an suv that she always wanted I told Sandra that I was going to comeback in a few months to trade in my other kia forte, but before that my wife and I tried to trade in my car for a Sentra and Sandra went to speak to her manager and I was told I owed a little bit too much that it was hard for them to take my car, so Sandra recommended me to cancel the extended warranty on my car so the amount of what I owe would go down and come back when that was fixed it took me two months to get refunded for the extended warranty to be taken off of my car but I did What Sandra told me, after that was done I messaged Sandra that what she reccomended me was done she told me to stop by which I did but before I went I gave her all my info thru messages, where I work where my wife works, how much we were getting paid, how long we were getting paid and all that a dealer asks for, even the appraisal of my car, and she still insisted that I was gonna drive off the lot with the Sentra I wanted, once I stepped in the dealer and they gave me the numbers it was not what I expected, I was introduced to Pedro her manager this guy pulls a paper on me on how much I had to gave as a downpayment on three options that I had, one was 4000 for my payment to be at 560 or so, the second was 3000 for 534 and the third was 2500 or so for a 522 a month this is outrages for a Sentra and this is for 72 months, hey Im trying to get a Nissan not a Mercedes or BMW or Audi you know, so I told him I couldnt he still insisted me that I had to give at least 1500 for my payment to be at 522 I still told him I couldnt and top of that he asks me if I had a co-signer which I said no if Im doing this it will be only my wife and I no one else involved once he got up to see if he could bring it down and give a lost shot, I got up and walked out, then Sandra starts texting me and I ask her to give me the apr they were giving us over and over she never did, when I got home I did some numbers based on the apr kia gave us the first time a 9.5, well when I did the numbers based on taxes my trade in and all the payment was 500 a month for 60 months with no downpayment, and 420 for 72 months I know how a dealer works and I know how to do numbers but they refused to give me the apr, all they do is take advantage of customers not help them like they say dont believe everything this people tell you and do your numbers before agreeing to any payments a month because this is where they get you, you really end up paying more for a car then what is really worth and if you are not comfortable with any numbers just get up and leave, there are thousands of dealers out there, and now because of Sandra I dont have the extended warranty because I believed her, stay away from this dealer and their staff its all false promises that they make, if you agree to a monthly payment dont cause that is how they move their numbers, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE, I THOUGHT HOOMAN NISSAN WAS BAD BUT NOW THAT IS NISSAN OF LONG BEACH ITS WORSE. I MYSELF 100% DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING THERE. More
