I came in to get my radiator replaced inch two hoses the upper in the bottom holes they cost me over $1700 left in there for four days came back to get it the same day Chess drove it the car was jumping I t upper in the bottom holes they cost me over $1700 left in there for four days came back to get it the same day Chess drove it the car was jumping I took it back and then all of a sudden everything is wrong with it they need spark plugs they need this they need that I’m like what the xxxx I need none of that when I walk when I came in here I just believe that this dealership just took all my money for nothing I am very disappointed with the service and the explanations that was given to me I s all about charging you large sum of money. I felt like I have been ripped off with my eyes wide open More

Not secure that the work done on my vehicle is correct. I was told one thing before I agreed to the work. I pick up my vehicle and something else was done. I called for a status and no one could get ahold of my advisor to give me a status. My car was there from 8:30 to almost 4 pm which caused a huge inconvenience to me ! I was initially told it would take an hour and a half to complete the work. I will never come back to this location! More
