the actual sales experience itself was great. However everything after that has been awful the sales person told me i woukd get a certain number of tanks of gas. I only got 2. Came to get car serviced and was unhappy not to get a better outcome on the cost of service. My labor was double the parts. Dyring a time like now, some type of special should be in place. Everything about the service department is spot on. We're treated with respect from the moment we exit our vehicle. Seated comfortably in waiting room with TV, coffee, waters and snacks. My appointment was at 7am. The doors didn't open until 710 due to trying put up some signs. I was there to get my alignment checked in which i had 2 printouts with the misalignment and that the machanic 710 due to trying put up some signs. As i was greated the worker asked me how come they didn't finish the job. I told him that nissan had the appropriate machinery to do it. He told me that i would be charged extra. After an hour i was told nothing was wrong with the car. It was driven for 10 minutes by qualified tech and a manager when i had the papers in hand. The car wasn't put on the alignment machine. The car still had a bad shake to it as if it were going through strong winds. To find out it needs new shocks and strucks. Thanks to the employees at Nissan i didn't have to pay nissan parts and labor fees. I took my Versa else where. I try to avoid Nissan dealership as much as possible all though i wanted the job done correctly. The service advisor was Christopher Potti. Both gentleman i wad spoke to reacted to me like i was dumb all though iam a female. I have been dealing with major mantance with my Versa for the last 5 years i know some about the car and what doesn't feel right. More
