Warren’s professionalism is unmatched at this Nissan service center. There were a few extra people in the waiting area so I was able to give him my keys and go exercise by walking the grounds until my c service center. My initial thought process of this dealership was good but now, not so much.. I got a vehicle on Thursday, check engine light on Friday... took it back and couldn’t get it fixed until Monday which turned but now, not so much.. I got a vehicle on Thursday, check engine light on Friday... took it back and couldn’t get it fixed until Monday which turned to Tuesday... it’s Wednesday, I picked it up and was informed they could only change the spark plugs while the rest of the issue, so would have to pay for which I think is ridiculous... it did come with a warranty but I still feel like I should not have any issues with this vehicle and I haven’t had it a week yet... not satisfied at all.
