I called 3 business days ago as requested. Of course never received a call back but he was nice enough to send me 3 months of sirius😒. I in fact calling to let him know how dishonest his team is. I was told i needed all new tires. I was also told i was in dire need of new front brakes(all on estimate.) I went, bought brake pads, took my car to a mechanic I've used for years. Not only do i but need tires(i knew one was brand new) but i also do not need brakes. So i got to take the brakes back and waste more of my time. I've heard about dealerships being dishonest and as a woman it is even more concerning. That kind of business practice and your locations obvious lack of communication with customers is more than disappointing to say the least. All of this bc i was trying to use my free oil change that i wasn't even able to use. I was actually going to get my tires from them. BUT, Never again.
