When I spoke up and asked them if they were looking for me, he totally disregarded me as if I had not spoken. I have never experienced this before; however, I did not appreciate it in the least. The dealership should instruct the customer service representatives to announce "Mr/Ms your car is ready"; this will alleviate mistaken identities. More
