As always this was a great experience. From the service advisors customer service was amazing. She advised on some much needed work I have to get done and what needs to be done first. Somehow I had an very bad experience with Clay coolie always 1)First time I visited clay coolie in Irving, Texas . They have forgotten to provide me the wheel lock and I went back to get it and they hav always 1)First time I visited clay coolie in Irving, Texas . They have forgotten to provide me the wheel lock and I went back to get it and they have provided an very old one 2)Nissan of Lewisvellie has been taken by Clay coolie Short comings a)Most of them does not speak English (I dont know Spanish, its my bad) b)I went to firestone for tyre rotation which i have taken life membership which is close to my apartment and the firestone guys told me that my bushings are in very bad shape. Immediately i went to Showroom to cross check, as i had my servicing couple of months before and they showed everything as green but in 2 months where i might have travelled for less than 600 miles ,it came to Red. Their inspection report is still showing green and after i told that there is an issue with Bushings , they cross checked and said its in Rotten shape. Pleaes be cautious with Clay coolie. I will never go here again. More

Was very well treated by the service department. After having trouble getting an appointment with another dealer, contacted Nissan of Lewisville and they arranged to get me in to check an annoying After having trouble getting an appointment with another dealer, contacted Nissan of Lewisville and they arranged to get me in to check an annoying and loud rattle in the dash. They took the car in and attempted to duplicate the noise and of course couldn't. I drove it with the service manager and it happened once (of course). The service manager said he would have them take a look in the dash and see what they could find. They apparently placed a piece of foam in the dash cover to prevent the instrument cluster from rattling when the car set out in the sun for awhile. Even though I couldn't get it to duplicate the issue, they found the solution. Tasha was very helpful getting me scheduled and getting me in and out quickly. More
