Crooked, dishonest and incompetent staff. Bought a certified pre-owned Nissan. Took all day and when we took possession of vehicle one of the keys didn’t have the chip in it and won’t start vehicle. Wouldn’t fix the problem and told me to go to another dealer to get the key fixed, pay for it myself and then send them my receipt for a refund. Also charged us for items that we didn’t want and didn’t receive. Sales guy wouldn’t listen and kept saying the same thing over and over louder every time. Said the finance guy would answer all our questions and give us details but finance guy was only interested in selling us additional features we didn’t want. More

My man John Juan hooked it up! I got a 2019 Altima that was exactly what I was looking for. Between he, the Sales Manager, and the guy in finance (I feel bad but I can't remember his name) my time at the d was exactly what I was looking for.
