I spoke a manager yesterday about a 2021 demo for sale. I also inquired about putting some of my trade in value on a car and receiving the balance in check or cash. I call spoke to sales today. I couldn't get my questions answered. They actually took keys to test drive my car. Then I sit in office for quite some time. The sales man and manager take off. Still don't have my car keys. I was told that it would take days before I get my check for balance of my trade in. That's not what I was told the day before. I finally got car keys. Then another person comes in and couldn't understand why I thought not getting my full balance at the time of closing the deal and having to wait a few days for 3500.00 wasn't a bit shady. I really felt like this was absolutely shady. More

His professionalism was fantastic and I will recommend him to all my friends. Finished up with Daniel Farmen in Finance, who too was amazing. Not only knowledgeable but took the time to tell us about the after purchase options. All in all a GREAT experience. More
