We keep returning because we truly enjoy the experience and have always been treate had all of our vehicles serviced from this business for 14 years. We keep returning because we truly enjoy the experience and have always been treated like family. From our salesman and long-time friend, Larry Monsouer, all the way to the finance manager Berky Bendeck, our experience has always been one of excellence and professionalism. They genuinely strive to make their customers happy. They honestly do go above and beyond to meet your needs. From the initial selection of a vehicle, to the very closing of the deal. We will never buy from any other dealer simply because they have earned our trust and utmost respect. More

We happened to be in Lagrange on May 13th 2023 when we found this truck online and decided to stop in. We were told that day that it needed an alignment and the hail damage needed to be fixed, but that t found this truck online and decided to stop in. We were told that day that it needed an alignment and the hail damage needed to be fixed, but that that would be taken care of on the following Monday. We were given a loaner at that time. My husband picked up the Titan on that Tuesday the 16th. We had it 4 days before it died and left us stranded a couple hours from home. This was on a Saturday night. We had the vehicle towed to our house, then on Monday were told to have it towed to the dealership. This cost us $298 bc the warranty they sold us, only covered towing up to 50 miles.... After being at the dealership 2 weeks, we were told it was the fuel pump by one person someone else said the fuel pump and a wiring harness. The vehicle was in their service dept for well over a month with little to no communication. We were told that the hail damage could be fixed while it was there that time. We finally get it back, hail damage is definitely not repaired, we're told again that they'll call us when they can deal with the hail damage. We drive it 4 days and it died again. My husband was on his lunch break and the truck died and would not crank. So he was stranded again. This time, we're told it's because the warranty company didn't approve some bracket...Actually first we're told that it wasn't repaired properly because we declined part of the service. When my husband told the person he was speaking with that that was definitely not true, they said it was the warranty company that declined. It was there over a month again. We had to pay $298 to have the truck towed again. We were told we couldn't get a loaner until after the problem was diagnosed. I then called and spoke with Nate (who is gone) and he said since the hail damage was still not fixed, we could get a loaner but that it would have to come from sales. Fine. That was taken care of by Tony (no longer there) very promptly. This time when I asked the service manager about the hail damage he said they would absolutely get that taken care of. When my husband came to pick up the truck 4 weeks later, they tell him that they have to order a new hood because the hail had caused some holes. This was in July......We get the truck back and immediately it's not running right. I had some errands to run one day. I stop in a store and come out and it almost doesn't crank. Then I decided to just leave it running anywhere else I stop so that I'm not stranded and that became our life Any time we had to crank it more than once it would not crank again. So we could not turn it off unless it was going to be sitting a couple of hours. We should have brought it right back. But at this point we were just tired of paying for something we were not driving. I called weekly about the hood and could get literally NO ONE to call me back. Then the truck starts to just randomly die from time to time. Then it begins to not shift properly or at all then finally my husband goes to get gas one day and it will not crank at all. He is stranded again. We pay to have it towed AGAIN. This was Oct 9th On October 11th we were told the engine was seized. After a month or so with no communication, the finance manager got Nicole, the GM involved. She asked what would make us happy because she was determined to make this right...My husband said, "I want a different truck" she said ok and asked what we liked, if we wanted another Titan and so on... Then we start getting credit inquiry notices. They decied that they would trade in the Titan for a new Frontier. SO they were attempting a vehicle loan of $64,000 on a 2024 Frontier. It was either declined or the payments were upwards of $1,000. We said no. Also this is not replacing the Titan. This is selling us something else that we didn't want. There were other comparable vehicles on the lot we would have taken an even trade on, but no. After three months of absolutely no information, finally on JANUARY 9th, I More

Purchased Vehicle never received tags. Tags were put into another persons name. Gm Nicole treated us unfairly, Tony treated us horribly as well. It took 61 days to get tags on a vehicle.
