Excellent Service and Excellent Staff Our 2014 Versa had issues concerning the trans. The car stalled out 2 to 3 different times, Once in a very busy intersection. We had the car towed to our local dealer, where they could not find anything and they suggested we call Nissan of JC. We called for our appointment right away. They called an engineer from Nissan to meet with us. He looked at the car along with the other tech there and decided we needed a new transmission. It was then promptly taken care of and we had the car back within a few days. They kept us informed , They gave us a loner car, and they just provided Exceptional Service..! More

Multipoint inspection was not performed or performed formally, because tire pressure was showing to me incorrect, condition of my fluids was not checked - offer to me change transmission fluid, witch I change couple of months ago.
