The service team doesn't try to sell you things that you don't need they do recommend repairs but if you turn them down they do not pressure you. I have a son that is a Nissan service associate and I always check with him before any major repairs so I know if the repairs are really needed. They have yet to pressure me into on that was not needed. Tyler will make sure that He uses any reward points to help with cost and get me the most cost effective price available. Gary Mayfield Air conditioning went out on my 2015 Altima. Service center determined that there was a crack in the A/C line. Service had to order the part. Part came in on Monday morning June 27th. I received a call from service center on Monday and appointment was set for 2:15 in the afternoon.
