This is my third attempt at making a service appointment. Nobody will answer the phone, nor will they call you back. I even asked a sales person to take a message to the service dept. So I drove up to the dealer and informed the tech and he said “we are busy.” Then he didn’t want to service my car. After I requested to speak with his boss did he decided to take my car for service. I dropped my Jeep off for a 7:15 appointment, and they called me at 8:00, it was already done.
