This experience with Nissan of Irvine has been the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new car. I called up Nissan Irvine, and spoke with Keith who is the sales/finance manager and explained my cred experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new car. I called up Nissan Irvine, and spoke with Keith who is the sales/finance manager and explained my credit situation to him over the phone. He gave me a straight up answer and said that he could get me what I wanted so I went down there sake he ran my credit in 10 minutes later he said you’re approved or exactly what you want and exactly the price you want. He then told me go pick out whatever color I wanted. . Once I picked out the color in the vehicle that I wanted, it took less than 45 minutes for me to take care of all the paperwork and be in my car happy as can be driving down the road. This dealership went above and beyond to meet all my expectations and requirements, I highly suggest anybody looking for a Nissanto definitely go to this dealership if you want that close family personal experience. Having driven my family’s car for years, I never owned a vehicle of my own until now. Transitioning from relying on Uber and managing a tight budget to owning a brand new Nissan Ariya has significantly improved both my personal and professional life. Rick was very nice and professional as my customer service advisor, however it took 7 hours to do the repair! This was unreasonable.
