I called and got Chris he thoroughly explained what the procedure was. I also told him about another issue with what I thought was the transmission. Also needed basic service and NYSI. Chris’s professionalism was fantastic. The tech was able to perform recall and diagnose my other issue quickly. Amazing service Dept very clean and updated. I drive from out east passing 3 other dealers closer to come here. More
