Excellent dealer and service department I should start this by saying I renewed my lease six months ago, not just because I had a great experience with my prior lease, but their service depa I should start this by saying I renewed my lease six months ago, not just because I had a great experience with my prior lease, but their service department is amazing. It makes a big difference. And then I got an even better deal I got when I renewed my lease. I never get impressed by dealerships. But I think it’s very hard to outdo Nissan of Huntington. Just had my six month check up and the service is always friendly. And quick! The waiting area is well-stocked, very clean, and had everything I needed for my phone, including a charging area and large space. Especially appreciated the espresso machine. I couldn’t ask for better. More

Got skipped and service someone that came after. I pulled up and was waiting for the write up on my car, another customer pulled im while I was waiting. The service rep who was a woman went straight I pulled up and was waiting for the write up on my car, another customer pulled im while I was waiting. The service rep who was a woman went straight to the other customer and told me someone will be right with me. I guess because the othwr customer was white and I’m black. I was very disappointed. Thankfully a nice service agent then helped me. The guys that drive the car to service had even mentioned to the lady that i was there first and my car was the one to the front of the line but I guess she didn’t care. More

My cars are typically serviced by Greg who keeps excellent track of what needs to be done and when. Brian Flynn is my service advisor who puts me in a loaner car if need be and sends me on my way. I never worry as I know that my vehicles are in very capable and trustworthy hands and believe me, you can ask anyone in that service dept. they all know me and that I do not use those words lightly. I highly recommend this service department and those that are working under Michael. More
