Will never come back! To let someone leave your service dept with the power steering malfunctioning almost getting into an accident from lossing powersteering is a problem, To let someone leave your service dept with the power steering malfunctioning almost getting into an accident from lossing powersteering is a problem, it happened as soon as i pulled out of the parking spot!!! Yet you tell me you couldnt duplicate the problem, after having my car from 7am to 5pm!!! I called smithtown nissan and dropped my car off the next morning, was given a loaner for my trouble and they found the problem as soon as they looked at the car, test drove it and they lost power steering repeatedly!! My whole system got replaced including the pump!!! They dropped the ball on this one, this is a big liability on there end! Never again!!! Very disappointed, even my experience leaving i got told nothing but sorry and that next time i should try and record it happening! First off let me break out my cell phone driving while loosing control of power steering!!!! Seriously?! More

Chris really was exceptional And VERY accommodating My car was unsafe to drive due to a manifold iissue. When I first spoke to Chris he immmediatly reassured me that everything would work out & found me My car was unsafe to drive due to a manifold iissue. It was my weekend on & was so glad the Service Center was even open. Not only I was able to bring my car in, be their for my patients I was also taken care of w/ respect & dignity. Very little waiting time Staff are friendly and accommodating. The dealership is clean, has nice selection of different kinds of coffee. Clean show room, courteous and informative agents. Sure, no problem. I found the Nissan dealership to be a pleasant experience when bringing it in for an inspection.
