Lack of Information One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. I had my car flatbedded to nissan of huntington. Took two days to tell me it was a sensor. Anot One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. I had my car flatbedded to nissan of huntington. Took two days to tell me it was a sensor. Another 2 days to order the part. The day it was fixed the receptionist had to transfer me to parts to tell me when the part would arrive although a technician had already picked the part up and was working on the car. The parts guy was the most knowledgable of them all. Forget asking if there is a charge. Everyone told me "IF its under waranty there will be no charge". Got real tired of that phrase. 6 days to replace a sensor in my opinion was a bit long. Good thing my wife and I were able to car pool. And they wonder why I dont service my car there. More

Will never come back! To let someone leave your service dept with the power steering malfunctioning almost getting into an accident from lossing powersteering is a problem, To let someone leave your service dept with the power steering malfunctioning almost getting into an accident from lossing powersteering is a problem, it happened as soon as i pulled out of the parking spot!!! Yet you tell me you couldnt duplicate the problem, after having my car from 7am to 5pm!!! I called smithtown nissan and dropped my car off the next morning, was given a loaner for my trouble and they found the problem as soon as they looked at the car, test drove it and they lost power steering repeatedly!! My whole system got replaced including the pump!!! They dropped the ball on this one, this is a big liability on there end! Never again!!! Very disappointed, even my experience leaving i got told nothing but sorry and that next time i should try and record it happening! First off let me break out my cell phone driving while loosing control of power steering!!!! Seriously?! More
